Healthy Concepts
Research healthy foods, plan out meals and work as a family to eat healthier.
Plan to exercise at least 1 hour every day.
Participate in activities outside of the home such as sports, scouts, clubs, etc..
Work as a team to motivate each other at home to make healthy living a daily activity.
Establish realistic goals, create a plan to obtain your goals and implement your plan.
Share your success with your friends to help encourage support groups to maintain healthy lifestyles.
